Site updated 4/23/2018 includes details for our upcoming May event, and information and photos about our April Tech Session. Also we have removed the page that showed a blown 4-cylinder Ford Ranger engine and have replaced it with a photo and text gallery of the body-off-the-frame restoration currently underway by John and Oleta Sailors.
News as of 10/20/2017 - The Smokey Mtn Thunderbird club of Tennessee is going to host the 2018 CTCI International Convention in Knoxville, TN. Sounds like a great road trip to me! Info on the CTCI website. There are two hotels near the convention center that have been booked for our use. The Crown Plaza is completely booked. If you intend to go make sure you book a room at the Holiday Inn very soon. The registration form should be available by mid February 2018
Our newsletter TheBird Watcher is not available on the website but one example copy is posted so that you can see what is available to our members.
Note that several pages have a new photo on top. We have upgraded the website to a higher level of service from our host. With that I am able to have a different photo on each page. If you have a good landscape layout photo of your car send me a .jpg file so that I can post it. I'll begin taking specific photos at our events of individual cars for posting. - email@example.com
Bigger photos - Are you aware that if you click on one of the photos you will get a larger image to view? Left/Right arrows will then be available for you to scroll through all of the photos on that page.
It seems as though some of the new pages don't open fully. On those there is an icon on the bottom right with something that looks like a windows symbol. Click on that and it will open that page in a new window at full size.
